Midland Area Security Supervisor
Job Description
RFC Security Group are recruiting a Security Supervisor to cover the midlands area. This is a permanent, full-time supervisory position with weekend availability required.
The role
- Supervise security personnel across sites in the midlands region
- Carry out site visits, audits and standards checks
- Manage rostering, cover and day-to-day operational issues
- Act as the point of contact for clients in the area
- Report on incidents and site performance
Requirements
- Valid PSA licence
- Previous supervisory experience in the security industry
- Full clean driving licence
- Weekend availability
- Strong communication and reporting skills
