Currently, I lead frontline security operations within a fast-paced retail environment, supporting management and security teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. My responsibilities include team supervision, incident management, access control, CCTV monitoring, loss prevention, risk assessment, and compliance with health and safety procedures.

Throughout my career in Ireland and Brazil, I have gained experience across retail, corporate, and large-scale event environments. I have led teams, responded to critical incidents, and worked closely with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, including An Garda Síochána, to maintain safe and professional environments.

Before entering the security industry, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Finance. During university, I was elected President of a consultancy organization, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects focused on marketing, people management, and business development for small businesses.

I also worked as a Business and Logistics Lecturer, strengthening my communication, training, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
