I’ve selected security providers, managed multimillion-euro contracts, written KPIs, Service Level Agreements and Statements of Work, challenged underperformance, justified investment to executive leadership and, when necessary, made the difficult decision to replace suppliers who failed to deliver.

Strong security programs are built by capable people, effective processes, good governance and a commitment to continually raising the standard.
